Who: 4-14 years old
Info: This is a skills camp that will work on the fundamentals of all skills and add them to game like drills with high reps and fast paced situations. The courts will be divided by skill and ages so there is a court for everyone. There will be some circuit training as well during their rotations through the drills. During the circuit training there will be a focus on footwork, speed and agility and ply training. After the practice and training they will have a game. Games will be timed for 45mins. All practices, training and games will be on the same night.
